KEY RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES

  • Develop and execute regional strategies that align with the national goals of Young Hands Pakistan.

  • Oversee the successful implementation of educational, leadership, and skills development programs within the region.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local government, NGOs, and community leaders.
  • Fundraising and Resource Management:
    Lead regional fundraising efforts to support the organization’s programs and activities.
  • Manage regional resources, including budgeting and allocation of funds for various projects.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of volunteers and members within the region.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages active participation and growth.
  • Regularly report on the progress of regional initiatives to the National Executive Council.
  • Ensure compliance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

  • Candidates must be between 20 to 40 years old.
  • Proven leadership experience in youth development, community engagement, or a related field.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
