Join us for the Snowventures Camp Kalam 2025 from 3rd to 5th January and experience the magic of winter in the stunning snow-filled valleys of Kalam! From exciting snow activities to inspiring sessions and cozy bonfire nights, this is your chance to kickstart the new year with adventure, fun, and unforgettable memories.

This exciting 3-day camp is designed especially for energetic, adventurous individuals like you who want to make memories, build skills, and connect with like-minded youth.

Payment Details

Terms and Conditions for Self-Funded Seats

  1. Booking and Payment:

    • Participants can secure their spot with an initial payment of 50% of the total fee (PKR 8,000) at the time of booking or pay the full amount to confirm imidiate confirmation and ticket of the camp. After payment, camp seats will be confirmed, and participants will get email confirmation.
    • In case of initial payment, the remaining balance must be paid on 3 JAN  to confirm participation.
    • Failure to pay the remaining amount by the deadline will result in cancellation of the booking, and the initial payment will be non-refundable.

  2. Participation with Guardian/Family Member:

    • Participants are welcome to join the program with a guardian or family member.
    • Each additional member must pay the full program fee of PKR 14,999 to participate in all activities.

  3. Refund Policy:

    • Once payment is made, it is non-refundable, except in exceptional cases approved by the management.

  4. Behavioral Guidelines:

    • Participants must adhere to the code of conduct during the program. Misconduct or violations of guidelines will result in dismissal without refund.

  5. Age Limit:

    • The age limit  for participants is 15-45 years
    • Family members under the age of 16 can accompany participants as non-active attendees but must pay a reduced fee, subject to prior approval.
