These terms are designed to ensure a positive and enriching experience for all our members while maintaining the integrity and mission of Young Hands Pakistan.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Free Course Access: As a registered member, you are entitled to access one free course of your choice from the offerings of Young Hands Pakistan.
  2. Free Webinars and Seminars: Members can participate in our exclusive webinars and seminars at no additional cost, providing valuable insights and knowledge across various fields.
  3. Discounts on Sports Programs: Enjoy a 30% discount on registration fees for our sports programs, which include activities such as cricket, football, and other team sports.
  4. Exclusive Trips: Top-performing and loyal members who actively contribute to the community may be eligible for complimentary trips organized by Young Hands Pakistan. These trips are a reward for dedication and service and 50 members annually based on their contributions.
  5. Awards and Recognition: As a member, you can apply for awards and recognitions provided by Young Hands Pakistan at no extra cost. Our organization will award members annually based on their contributions and achievements.
  6. Support and Assistance: Young Hands Pakistan is committed to supporting its members in various matters, including educational guidance, career counseling, and more. Our goal is to help you succeed and grow.
  7. Community Engagement: Members are encouraged to actively participate in community activities, volunteer opportunities, and events hosted by Young Hands Pakistan.
  8. Loyalty Rewards: Continued membership and active participation may lead to additional benefits, including access to exclusive content, priority registration for events, and more.
  9. Event Participation: Members are encouraged to participate in all events organized by Young Hands Pakistan. Attendance and active engagement in events may be considered when awarding loyalty rewards and other benefits.
  10. Content Sharing: Members may have the opportunity to contribute content such as articles, blogs, or videos to the Young Hands Pakistan platform. All content submitted must be original and not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property rights.
  11. Feedback and Suggestions: We value our members’ input. Members are encouraged to provide feedback and suggestions for improving our programs and services. Constructive feedback helps us serve you better.
  12. Volunteer Opportunities: Members can volunteer in various Young Hands Pakistan projects and initiatives. Volunteering is a great way to gain experience, contribute to the community, and earn recognition.
  13. Referral Program: Members who refer others to join Young Hands Pakistan may be eligible for additional rewards or discounts. Details of the referral program will be provided separately.
  14. Exclusive Newsletters: Registered members will receive exclusive newsletters that include updates on upcoming events, new courses, special offers, and other relevant information.
  15. Mentorship Program: Members may apply to participate in our mentorship program, where they can receive guidance from experienced professionals in their field of interest. Mentorship opportunities will be offered based on availability and member qualifications.
  16. Networking Opportunities: Membership provides access to a network of like-minded individuals, professionals, and leaders through Young Hands Pakistan’s community events and online platforms.
  17. Priority Support: Members will have access to priority customer support for any queries or issues related to their membership, courses, or event registrations.
  18. Exclusive Discounts with Partners: Members may be eligible for exclusive discounts on products and services offered by Young Hands Pakistan’s partner organizations. Details of these discounts will be provided as partnerships are established.
  19. Digital Badge: Members will receive a digital badge that can be displayed on their social media profiles or resumes, signifying their affiliation with Young Hands Pakistan.
  20. Confidentiality of Membership Data: Young Hands Pakistan will ensure the confidentiality of all membership data. Members are also expected to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared within the community.
  21. Intellectual Property: Any materials provided during courses, webinars, or events are the intellectual property of Young Hands Pakistan. Members may use these materials for personal learning but are prohibited from reproducing or distributing them without permission.
  22. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with membership shall be resolved through amicable discussions. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to an arbitration panel chosen by Young Hands Pakistan.
  23. Adherence to Rules: Members must adhere to the guidelines and policies set forth by Young Hands Pakistan during events, webinars, courses, and other activities.
  24. Violence and Rule Violations: Young Hands Pakistan reserves the right to terminate the membership of any individual who violates these terms or engages in violent or harmful behavior. In such cases, the individual will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with membership.
  25. Non-Transferability: Membership benefits are non-transferable and cannot be shared with non-members. Each member is entitled to their own set of benefits as outlined in these terms.
  26. Donation and Fees: The  donation is non-refundable and is considered a contribution to support the initiatives of Young Hands Pakistan. Additional fees for certain courses, events, or services may apply and will be communicated to members in advance.
  27. Privacy and Confidentiality: Young Hands Pakistan values the privacy of its members. Personal information provided during registration will be used solely for the purposes of membership management and communication. It will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
  28. Amendments: Young Hands Pakistan reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued membership will indicate acceptance of the revised terms.
  29. Termination of Membership: Young Hands Pakistan may terminate or suspend your membership if you fail to comply with these terms or if the organization deems it necessary to protect the welfare of its community.
  30. Respect and Integrity: All members are expected to conduct themselves with respect and integrity. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated
  31. By registering as a member and making the donation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We look forward to your active participation and contribution to the Young Hands Pakistan community.
